It also comes with a mop lifter system which lifts the pad automatically as it changes between tile and laminate hardwood, carpet or rugs, to prevent soaking soft surfaces.
In addition it is also the S8 Pro Ultra has self-washing and self-drying capabilities. The pad can be rinsing and then drying within the dock. The dust bin will automatically empty and return to the dock. This means you can just set it and forget it, only needing to clean the dust bag and refill the water tank occasionally.
All of this is powered by a lithium-ion 5,200mAh battery. The S8 Pro Ultra ran on its usual mop and vac-settings for around 160 minutes before beginning to run out of power and returned to its base to recharge. This isn't far off from the 180 minutes that Roborock claims and is at par other hybrids I've tested.
It's a robust, well-rounded product. The only drawback is that it's pricey. Its sheer number of features make it a great choice for anyone looking to replace their old mops and stick vacuums. We highly recommend this vacuum if you can justify the cost.
2. Dreametech L10S Ultra
The Dreametech L10S Ultra robot vacuum and mop is an expensive combination. The high price is justified by the robust features, including a large vacuuming capability, as well as two gyrating mop heads. best budget robot vacuum includes an app-based controller that is smart and a powerful obstacle avoidance system.
The L10S Ultra is one of the most expensive robotic vacuums and mop combinations out there at a recommended retail price of 999 euros. In my tests, it performed admirably across the home. The L10S Ultra does not offer better performance for removing carpet debris in comparison to the other hybrid mop I tested. The mops in the L10S Ultra aren't as effective in removing tough staining as the Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra.
Despite the L10S Ultra's premium features, it requires regular care and maintenance. To avoid mildew and unpleasant smells, the base station dustbag, water and tanks must be cleaned regularly, emptied, and dried. The mop pads sold separately will require changing regularly.
Given the L10S Ultra's premium pricing and its extensive features, I would recommend it to anyone with the funds for it. For those who are on a budget, I suggest an easier model that will allow you to save money while enjoying the convenience of hands-free cleaning at your home. It's worth noting that even if the L10S Ultra is the best mop and robotic vacuum you can purchase but its high cost and constant maintenance will eventually make it more of a desire than a necessity.
3. Eufy S1 Pro
Eufy S1 Pro is the robot vacuum and mop you require to get rid of messes and remove dirt from your floors. This powerful mop and robovac combo packs an impressive suction force of 8,000 Pa as well as a massive battery capacity to power both mowing and vacuuming and top-quality obstacles-avoiding. If you want to use your own cleaner you can add a cleaning solution to the dock. If you do choose to use this feature, you'll need to purchase the branded cleaning solution from Eufy, which is more expensive than other robot brands that allow users to use their own cleaner of choice.
The S1 Pro performed well in the coverage and efficiency of navigation tests, just like the majority of robots. It was quick to map out a space and navigated around furniture. It was stuck on carpets with larger piles several times during my tests. However, this could be improved by re-updating the software. The S1 Pro is a very capable all-in-one robot for affordable prices.
4. Roborock Qrevo
The Qrevo is Roborock’s entry-level vacuum and mop however it has some impressive features. The dock's multi-function function is emptying the robot's dirtbag, filling its water tanks, as well as washing and sanitizing mop pads is performed by the dock. The mopping system is capable of cleaning a good bit of an area before it needs to return to its dock and the vacuum's high suction does a nice job of removing dirt and pet hair from carpets.
The software that runs the appliance is quite dense, with a wide choice of options for customizing the cleaning process. It can detect hazards such as thick carpets however it won't always be able to detect smaller items like rug tassels or electrical wires.
The machine has a major problem: it doesn't have a mop option after vacuuming. This could be a problem for those who vacuum a lot before using their robot. There's a good alternative: the app has an option to "clean up" at the end of each vacuuming session. You can make use of the mopping features of the vacuum to get rid of the dust and traces that remained after vacuuming. It's a nice touch and can help the robot to get rid of a bit better than its less expensive competitors.
